Services:
Any and all energy work provided by Katrina Matos & GreenSpirit Craft is meant for the purpose of general relaxation, and to encourage your own sense of self-awareness and a deeper relationship with the natural world. All images, words, and impressions communicated to you are for you to consider and decide what significance, if any, they have for you. You are the ultimate authority on your well-being, and responsible for using your session to support your wellness.
Nothing said during the course of the session should be construed as diagnosing, prescribing, or treating any physical, mental, or spiritual condition.
You're encouraged to reach out to Katrina with any questions you have before, during, and after your GreenSpirit Craft energy work sessions, whether it's about how you're feeling after the sessions, to clarify something Katrina said during a session, how often you can receive a session, or other concerns.
Products:
Remember to store your products in a cool dry place out of direct light or heat. Less than 75 degrees F is best. Use clean dry fingers or implements to remove product from its container. Use face and body butters & balms within 4 months of purchase for best results. Bright Enzyme Mask should be used within 6 months. Katrina Matos and GreenSpirit Craft are not responsible for any mishaps or spoilage that may occur due to a failure to follow safe storage & handling procedures.

Insurance: All packages are shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority, which includes insurance that covers loss or damage during transit. USPS changed their insurance policy, so the claim must be filed by the customer, not the seller. Broken or damaged items must be brought to your local post office with all original shipping materials and original shipping container. They will inspect your package and provide you with a refund. If you need to open a claim, please take a picture of of your damaged item and email to Katrina@GreenSpiritCraft.com or text the photo to 707*582*0894.
Refund Policy
All sales of products & services are final. GreenSpirit Craft doesn't provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for products or services. Reach out to Katrina@GreenSpiritCraft.com with any questions you may have before purchasing.
By the time you book your Earth Energy Connection session, we will have spent a 15 min. phone conversation making sure that working together feels like a good fit for both of us. Once your session is booked & paid for, that time is reserved & held especially for you. The loss of that income would represent a significant portion of Katrina's earnings for that day. With more than 24 hrs. notice, you may re-schedule your session by phone or text only, 707*582*0894. If you know with less than 24 hrs. notice that you'll be unable to be in a quiet place undisturbed at the time of your session, Katrina will still conduct the session as planned, and send your audio recording, as outlined in the session consent form. For all these reasons, no refunds are given for Earth Energy Connection sessions that have been purchased
