Summer's such a great time to be outside! Are you getting excited about your visit?

Those long days filled with hours & hours of sunlight are perfect for leisurely walks in Sonoma County parks. Whether you're in the mood for a causal stroll or a challenging uphill climb, there's a trail for you.

There's smooth, ADA-accessible pathways that meander in the cool shade of redwoods.

There are breezy coastal trails where you can explore tidal pools & watch for seals sunning on the rocks & swimming.

You can stride your way down dusty trails that wind through oak woodlands, surrounded by the pungent herbal scent of native shrubs and the sounds of insects & bird songs.

Places like Sonoma Coast State Park in Bodega Bay, Crane Creek Regional Park by Rohnert Park, and Riverfront Regional Park in Healdsburg.

Kid-Friendly Fun in Howarth Park

If you want fun & easy kid-centric activities, visit Howarth Park in Santa Rosa. There's train rides, pony rides, and petting in the animal barn.

Right next door is Spring Lake Regional Park with a swimming area, boat rentals, a water park and the hands-on Environmental Discovery Center.

Most Unique Souvenir Ever

You know that feeling, when you open yourself up to a place, the food, the people, the colors, the vibe, and you want to carry back home a clear memory that brings back all those treasured encounters?

The spirit of Sonoma shines through the redwoods, the oaks, the acorn woodpeckers and California sister butterflies. It comes through in the soil, the sunlight, the morning mist, the rivers, the creeks and ocean surf.

You can weave these elemental energies into a personally customized souvenir when you sign up for an Earth Energy Connection Sonoma Souvenir session; a nature-inspired intuitive energy experience that we create together in a long distance format. Aaand it includes a special something I send in the mail for you to enjoy back at home.
